​​All Trade Contractors interested in being involved with the Concourse D Widening Project must submit a complete Prequalification for review. HMBS will review submitted Prequalificiations and determine status based on the following opportunities:

         Prime Subcontractor - Firms pre-qualified to bid directly to HMBS, a JV

​

         Sub-Prime Subcontractor - Firms pre-qualified to bid to firms that bid to HMBS, a JV
